A good beginning has been made!

December 13th, Friday, saw the first meeting of the conversation club of Russian as a foreign language.

The Firebird gave a warm welcome to guests from five countries. Together, we discussed the joys and sorrows of the life in the Belarusian capital. It must be said that there was no lack of things to talk about because Minsk for foreigners is not just museums and theaters but queues in banks, difficulties in job hunting and extending your visa. The more experienced shared secrets with newcomers while the locals told of places where you can relax and spend a good time.

A Friday evening well spent, no one wanted to leave. But as the saying has it, all good things must come to an end. Yet we think when all good things end, better things begin! So we make our conversation club a regular activity!
